Whilst she has a background in a range of therapies (including CBT, CAT and DBT), since being trained by\n            Jeffrey Young in New York in 2008, she has specialised in Schema Therapy and more recently, EMDR. In addition to offering individual therapy, she delivers training (in the UK, Eastern Europe and online) and supervision. Together\n            with Dr Gill Heath, she co-authored the chapter on Schema Therapy in the The Handbook of Adult Clinical Psychology &#8211; An Evidence Based Practice Approach (2nd Edition, 2016) and developed the Schema Therapy Toolkit video set, a\n            Schema Therapy training resource.
